Homo futurus

Born on 19/09/1949. Grew up in Lucerne, Switzerland and works as a psychotherapist.

  • In addition to tending to different types of endurance sports, I occupy myself with literature, philosophy, biology, and medicine.
  • The catalyst for the first play, “Homo profectus”, were displays about the surrealist H.R. Giger, the long-time preoccupation with evolutionary history and human genetics along with Friedrich Nietzsche.
  • After the unpublished, first version of Homo profectus, it was clear to me that information technology, not medical technology, will become the driving factor of human self-evolution. These findings led to the current theatre trilogy with “Homo transhumanus” and “Homo posthumanus”.
